The entire process was long and the communication was by far misleading. Our account manager was at a lost for explaining the lack of communication and the lack of attention to getting out account set up.

Not business friendly at all.
You need a ton of patience to do this... Not only they request all kind of documents (understandable) and do an address verification. You will be called by different agents, and even after showing how legit my business is, I still haven't gotten the money I have processed in cards.
I run the card, they charge my client, then they take forever to call you and ask questions about the client, then they settle it.... and IDK how long it will still take for them to transfer the funds. Maybe I'll have another opinion soon and come back and do an update but so far it's been not friendly at all.

Things were going well for a while.
Things were going well until I opened another account. Then there were non-stop glitches the first week. There are so many people from different departments to deal with to get it sorted out, and no one person seems able to see each issue all the way through, so it's been tedious lately. Most of the glitches have now been resolved, and my request to deal with just one person has been honored.
Great to learn that the company has a sincere interest in making sure their clients are heard and take the time to sort out the mishaps to full satisfaction.
